The leadership program for more effectiveness
This leadership program includes a total of 3 modules: Lead Self, Lead Team, Lead Organization.
The modules build on each other and can be booked as a complete program.

Living healthy self-management and learning coaching competencies in leadership.
Module 2
Establish a team culture that prevents unnecessary conflict and leverages necessary conflict, handle team dynamics and emotions with confidence.
Module 3
Initiating and accompanying change, helping to shape one's own organization.
Contents and methods
Strength-oriented, appreciative leadership
Promote awareness of own strengths and potentials; own limitations, patterns and drivers
Feelings@work: Self-management and constructive handling of feelings
Creating the conditions for successful collaboration, successfully leading teams for a positive performance culture
Conflict management: Establishing a team culture that prevents unnecessary conflicts and uses necessary conflicts
Improve team collaboration with the Common Ground model
Understand change dynamics, be a competent role model in dealing with change
Initiating change, helping to shape the organization
Dealing with resistance confidently and promoting one's own integration competence

The toolbox for new leaders
In our training "Ready to Lead" we would like to support you in the best possible way in your new role as a leader. We have designed this training to give you a practical toolbox with which you can be prepared for all situations in your (new) everyday leadership. Basics of leadership are trained here very practically on site and taught by means of exercises and tools, so that you can transfer them 1:1 to your team.
Get off to a confident start in your new roles and see how you will enjoy settling into your new role as a leader.
