In these trainings, we address the question: How do I best lead myself to achieve greater effectiveness in my team and within my organization?

This leadership program includes a total of 3 modules: Lead Self, Lead Team, Lead Organization.

The modules build on each other and can be booked as a complete program.

Target groups

This training is designed for more experienced leaders who have at least one year of leadership experience and want to develop in their leadership role.

The springboard to your own power

We all need a healthy SelfWorth to be able to trust. The more self-confidence we have, the more we trust ourselves – we try out new things and can handle mistakes and crises with confidence. It is marginal what we do for a living. In order to be able to develop our potential, we need to deal confidently with our strengths and dance humorously with our own weaknesses.

Our SelfWorth emerges (and changes) in relationships. We all know them, those holes in our own value that we bring with us from early family experiences. Through our own inner critic, we install self-doubt into our self-image over time. Or we repel it (through an overblown ego) and then come across as aloof or arrogant. Then our relationships suffer from it and it cracks or partners withdraw, where we do not want that at all. Or in the job we want to develop, but it does not go quite forward or our potential can not be perceived. But the good thing is: our self-worth can change throughout our lives because it is based on beliefs, not facts.

The question: “How do you see yourself?” or even “Who are you?” suggest that self-esteem work always goes hand in hand with self-knowledge. And this confrontation with ourselves opens up new spaces and can initiate healing and change processes in ourselves but also in others.

In coaching, too, coachees repeatedly bring issues that deal with value dilemmas/value conflicts, but also self-esteem issues. In this seminar you will learn tools/methods to work with inferiority, self-sabotage, self-deprecation.

We support organizations looking for in-house training on "Coaching Skills and Change Management". Target groups are people in responsible positions in organizations: Managers, personnel developers, personnel managers, team or project leaders.

What you learn

You will learn to master difficult conversations with confidence, to use "resistance" in change as an opportunity for the process and to be more confident in the design of change processes. This advanced training is suitable for experienced coaches who have already completed the
Basic Coaching Training
and would like to continue their education. But also for executives, HR managers, team or project leaders in responsible positions who would like to attend an open training course with us and already have a lot of experience.

We expand your personal toolbox with you and would like to accompany you in your personal development as a coach.

In a total of three 2-day modules, the focus is on current content explicitly geared towards experienced coaches and deepening the basic training.

In the teaching supervision to reflect on your own cases, you can exchange experiences, receive new impulses and generate alternative solutions.

Scope of the training

  • A total of 12 training days
  • 2 main seminars of 2 days each
  • 1 elective seminar of 2 days
  • Teaching supervision of 3 x 2 days or 6 individual days
  • Self-organized learning in intervision groups outside the modules
  • Demonstrated coaching practice outside of the modules
  • Provision of training materials (handouts, photo logs)
  • Use of an interactive e-learning platform (blink-it)

  • All participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the end of the training.

Teaching supervision/ practice days

The teaching supervision offers the possibility to bring in own coaching cases and to exchange ideas. During the supervision days, each participant has a time slot to present their case and possible questions. One receives reflections and new impulses from the supervisor as well as from the colleagues in order to understand one's own dynamics and to get more clarity for the further coaching process. When experiencing other coaching cases, there are interesting learning moments and aha effects. In the process, solutions are generated in the group and new inputs are given selectively or further coaching tools are imparted. Supervision takes place in a group of 8 to 12 participants.
