What is emTrace® emotion coaching?
Recognizing emotions precisely and working with them in a targeted manner is crucial for the lasting effectiveness of coaching. emTrace® is based on the concept of identifying and resolving emotional stress traces (emotion + trace) in the brain non-verbally - an approach we call "spot and release". Our lives and individual experiences leave traces in our brain - in the form of neuronal networks. Some of these traces strengthen our resources, others prevent us from achieving our goals in life. The aim of emTrace® coaching is to release negative neuronal traces and promote resource-enhancing networks in order to support the coachee's personal goals.

Target group
- Experienced coaches who have completed coaching training and have several years' experience as a coach, who want to further develop their coaching skills and learn an innovative, effective coaching approach.
- Participation requirements: At least 100 hours of previous training or experience in coaching, psychotherapy or communication psychology.
Scope
- 4 days attendance module: 30 hours
- Preparatory online training: 20 hours
- Repeating video learning units after the seminar: 8 hours
- After successful participation: Certificate as emTrace® Coach
- In the first year after training: free access to the emTrace® Expertcircle

Tobias Tschöp
emTrace® instructor, senior coach, trainer and consultant
Tobias Tschöp is a teaching coach for the emTrace® emotion coaching method. As a long-standing manager as well as a senior coach, trainer and consultant, he deals every day with the question of how emotional competence can simultaneously promote health and performance.
The basic attitude in Tobias’ work is “I see you”. It is precisely this basic attitude that he believes is the basis for genuine human relationships, which are essential for effective leadership and above-average results. A key tool here: recognizing emotions and resonantly using their respective dynamics for jointly supported solutions in the complex business world.

The training is recognized as a vocational training measure and is therefore exempt from VAT (§ 4 No. 21 letter a bb UStG).
