We support organizations looking for in-house training on "Coaching Skills and Change Management". Target groups are people in responsible positions in organizations: Managers, personnel developers, personnel managers, team or project leaders.

How do we work
- For example 8 training days (4 modules of 2 days each) or on request also differently
- The number of participants is maximum 20 people
- Situational approach, i.e. content is specified to the concerns you expressed at the beginning (in the context of the training objective)
- Input on coaching models
- Demonstration of coaching methods in plenary
- Coaching in small groups based on practical cases from everyday HR life with feedback from the participants and the management
- Practical application of coaching methods and case documentation
- At the end of the training, you will receive a certificate of attendance and the certificate for the in-house training "Coaching competencies and change management" for internal managers and HR staff.
