Main areas of work: Conception and implementation of seminars on topics such as leadership, team development, communication, self-management; facilitation of team development workshops and workshops on cultural development; business coaching; coaching and development of specialists and managers; potential development, team coaching and supervision.
In coaching I support the coachee by asking specific questions and using the appropriate coaching methods to find the solution for a specific concern. In the process, he/she gains new perspectives through self-reflection and recognizes which levers he/she has in his/her own hands. Making visible and using the personal potential is a main part of my work.
