History
2005
After many years as a management consultant in very different organizations, Almut Probst founded her own consulting institute in Cologne. Her vision is to accompany people and entire companies holistically in change processes – with all professional and personal issues and challenges therein. From the beginning, companies from the business sector have been served as well as the non-profit, scientific and public sectors.
2006
Leadership of advanced coaching trainings “Systemic Coaching and Change Management”. The simultaneity of teaching and 100% practical activity is appreciated by both clients and participants. The trainers are not “just” lecturers, but bring their current experience from companies into the training.
2008
The demand grows, the team is enlarged and a cooperation with a network of certified coaches and consultants is established. In an increasingly confusing coaching market, clients are looking for coaches with certified, high quality training, professional attitudes and sustainable effectiveness.
2012
We become a member of the German Federal Association Coaching e.V. (DBVC) and the advanced training as a coach & change manager is recognized. The continuing education market for coaching is also increasingly growing, making it harder for many prospective clients and companies to distinguish where they can find the quality and learning culture they want. In the DBVC, we find a lively and professional network characterized by connectedness and a culture of support.
2013
We gain new customers and exciting orders and move to the new location in Frankfurt am Main/Alzenau. We continue to operate nationwide as many of our customers have 3-4 locations.
2015
We are adding further offers and training courses to our portfolio. Based on our many years of experience in large change management projects, transformations and culture development in companies, we now also offer the advanced training course “Systemic Consulting and Organizational Development”.
2016
We are getting trained to be online coaches. Many of us are Generation BabyBoomer or Generation Golf and we are first at home in face-to-face coaching. But we are discovering the benefits and also the joy of online coaching and in the virtual space. This allows us to flexibly offer our customers both. At the Corona Lockdown 2020, we were perfectly prepared digitally.
2016
Almut Probst becomes
Presidium member
of the German Federal Association Coaching e.V. and is increasingly involved in the professionalization of the coaching industry on a voluntary basis.
2017
Start of the Advanced Training for Experienced Coaches/ Coach the Coach: Many graduates of the Basic Coaching Training, who are now successfully working as business coaches, turn to us and want to continue learning or to be in this field of learning. We are developing a new Coach the Coach advanced training, which will be successfully launched in 2017.
2018
Start Mindfulness based Leadership Programs as multi-module in-house trainings: The world is becoming more and more VUCA (volatile, uncertain, complex, ambituity) and leaders are faced with ever new challenges. It is about being able to control oneself better in the busy business life and under pressure and to stay relaxed in order to be able to make important decisions. Actively put yourself in other states to continue to be a role model for employees. We design completely new mindfulness-based leadership programs that focus on self-direction – but in a very practical way and also for everyday life in industry or production.
2019
Touching moments: A couple who met and fell in love in the coaching training gets married in the same room in the seminar hotel of the training. When participants study together intensively for a year, beautiful encounters often occur, and friendships, business circles and company formations develop. We are very happy about that!
2020
15-year company anniversary and new identity as WANDELPLAN with expanded offerings for personal development, health and relationships
