Teaching Coaches
Voices of our participants
A development of potential always succeeds particularly well when the person can realise his or her occupation in the field of coverage of his or her personal values and feelings of longing. The training has given all participants the space to experience these connections in a remarkable way. As a manager, I can apply the coaching competences taught directly in my work. I have become aware that the key to sustainable success, especially in times of rapid change, lies in consciously managing one's own state.
Folkert Schmidt, Ich Oase
As a scientist, one is consistently socialised into a culture that is oriented towards knowledge and evaluation. The coaching training had a lot of very valuable content for me, but probably the greatest enrichment was in the development of a (coaching) attitude and the experience of how much potential can arise precisely by allowing non-knowledge.
Martin Zierold, Professor of Cultural Management and Cultural Studies, Karlshochschule International University, Director of the Institute KMM Hamburg
As confusing as the jungle of training options for Systemic Coach initially seemed to me, the decision for Almut Probst's institute was then clear and simple. The training is clearly structured and the time management within the individual modules is world class. To convey complex training contents with appreciation and respect, to inspire and to keep up the joy of learning until the last minute, this was completely successful. All participants have changed and developed during this training year and are facing their personal and professional future with courage and mindfulness. This is thanks to Almut Probst and her team, in addition to the highly professional teaching of the course content.
Monika Kocks, Managing Director, WKW Unternehmens-Akademie GmbH
The training is characterized above all by the fact that it is conducted by excellent and very experienced coaches. An optimal ratio of theoretical input and practical application is offered. Another big plus is that the group of participants is deliberately heterogeneous and brings together almost exclusively very professionally experienced people. This additionally creates a valuable exchange through which one's own views and perspectives are repeatedly put to an exciting test.
Prof. Dr. Inga Mertin, Professor of Media and Business Psychology, HMKW Cologne
We are often asked…
…what participants say about our coaching training. Listen for yourself! Our filmmaker asked them 4 questions in the summer of 2020, so the videos are outside in the garden of the seminar center.
- Question 1: What do I appreciate about this Systemic Coach and Change Manager training?
- Question 2: What makes this training special?
- Question 3: How can I use what I have learned here or the coaching skills in my job?
- Question 4: What did I learn that I didn’t expect at all?
